Very friendly and helpful staff, clean, nice-sized rooms for New York, did a lot of extras for us with a smile.
Great location, near Heral Square-could see Empire State Building and Macy's from the window-subway station right outside front door. Staff, again, was very friendly and helpful, even the workers who were replacing carpet in hallway were friendly. A great experience, I highly recommend this hotel.

Comfortable rooms, very friendly staff, ideal location, and main downtown sites were walkable.
No free breakfast and no concierge from evening until 8:00 AM.
Excellent hotel, excellent value, I will return and will recommend to all my family and friends.

The staff was very, very friendly. The beds are super comfortable.
Elevators are very small...I felt like I was always touching the people next to me.
The staff always greeted us when we walked through the lobby, and they offered us bottled water.
