Staff was very accommodating when we arrived at 9:45 p.m. and we were very hungry. No walking acces to restaurants. The little restaurant at the hotel closed at 10:00, however they were very kind enough to stay open until we could eat.
Found it very difficult to contact the hotel for a shuttle. Our plane arrived at 7:40 p.m. Took over an hour to go through customs. It took quite some time to get a shuttle. Need more efficient way to contact hotel for a shuttle, especially at this hour

It is very close to the airport and there is a shuttle too. Internet is complimentary. Nice swimming pool. Breakfast is decent and reasonable price
It is a nice totel for airport. It is distance from Disneyland and other amusement places

I thought the staff were very helpful and friendly. It was also a great location for restaurants and close to the airport.
The air conditioning unit was way too loud. If you put the air on, you couldn't hear the tv unless you turned it way up. The bed was really hard and the control on the side of bed didn't seem to make any difference.
I would tell travelers it was a decent hotel with great staff. Didn't purchase the breakfast buffet but looked very good. I would mainly warn about the loud air conditioning.

It was located close to the airport. Very helpful staff especially Harold at the front desk. Very nice Hotel. A hot tub/jacuzzi would have been nice.

Location was very easy to get to. Shuttle service from/to airport was very good.The room was extremely comfortable.I am surprised that a chain of this caliber would not offer some type of continental breakfast free rather than the $10 full breakfast

Harold, the front desk person who checked us in was great!
It took over 45 minutes to get the shuttle from the airport to hotel -- and 3 calls to get it done. I was making the 4th call when the van arrived.
Hotel is close to the airport and is clean and inviting. Harold, the desk clerk on duty when we arrived and apologized for the inconvenience and gave us a complimentary coupon that we used to order from room service.

Plenty.Would not go back if it were free.Priceline is usually right on with star quality.They missed this one a mile.
Called from airport for shuttle 5 different time.Told they would be there any minute.It took 42 minutes and multiple lies.Ate dinner at the hotel. It took over an hour just to get salad.Had to go to the bar twice to get refill of water.Service and food absolutely awful.They also forgot the wake-up call next morning.
