Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.Sort by: All Travelers | Business Traveler(10) | Solo Traveler(16) | Traveling as Couple(33) | Family with Young Children(10) | Family with Teens(8) | Senior Traveler(3) | Group Traveler(5)

Staff was very accommodating when we arrived at 9:45 p.m. and we were very hungry. No walking acces to restaurants. The little restaurant at the hotel closed at 10:00, however they were very kind enough to stay open until we could eat.
Found it very difficult to contact the hotel for a shuttle. Our plane arrived at 7:40 p.m. Took over an hour to go through customs. It took quite some time to get a shuttle. Need more efficient way to contact hotel for a shuttle, especially at this hour

The location was nice. It was very close to the airport.
The beds were terrible! After sleeping there for a night, my back and neck felt terrible. I felt like I slept on a wood floor all night. Not comfortable.

I thought the staff were very helpful and friendly. It was also a great location for restaurants and close to the airport.
The air conditioning unit was way too loud. If you put the air on, you couldn't hear the tv unless you turned it way up. The bed was really hard and the control on the side of bed didn't seem to make any difference.
I would tell travelers it was a decent hotel with great staff. Didn't purchase the breakfast buffet but looked very good. I would mainly warn about the loud air conditioning.

Good tip from staff on gas stations to avoid in filling up rental car - saved over $1.00 a gallon.
Prices in Food Pantry were outrageous - $13.60 for two Chipwich ice cream sandwiches and 1 ice cream bar.

The hotel was very near the airport, we arrived after midnight and arrived at 2:00 post car rental. The night clerk was friendly, sympathetic and helpful upon our late night arrival. Breakfast was great: waffles, eggs, sausages and fruit.
Pool is unheated, so a bit cool in March!

Location was very easy to get to. Shuttle service from/to airport was very good. The room was extremely comfortable.I am surprised that a chain of this caliber would not offer some type of continental breakfast free rather than the $10 full breakfast

Front Desk personnel were very professional and courteous. Shuttle driver was also excellent
No indoor pool. No free breakfast.
Very clean and comfortable hotel. Highly recommended. There isn't any room to have breakfast or free coctails set up for residents, nor is there an indoor pool. However, the staff is excellent and the hotel is spotless.
