Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Me and my wife will def be visiting again.
Rooms were very thin-walled

If you are visiting sea world, this is a wonderful hotel to stay at. They offer many discounts for you to use inside the park which was really nice especially when it came to food and drinks. It's very clean and we took advantage of the room service there as well. Loved it. We will be going again!!

Dirty, coffee pot was gross, bed sheets ripped, not made up neatly so don't know if sheets were even changed. Outdated decor. Advertisements partnered with Seaworld are not what is written. Do not expect mostthe perks listed!No DVD player! Won't go again!

THe location was great.
We booked for a non-smoking room on priceline. Upon arrival, we received a smoking room and was told that they worry about priceline customers last and there were no more non-smoking rooms available. It was a horrible night for all of us. They didn't care

Hotel was not very clean and breakfast is expensive.

We were mot able through Priceline to select a non-smoking room and with my wife is 8 1/2 months pregnant unfortunately we were placed in a smoking room. The smoke smell permeated everything in the room, my wife was quite nausious the entire time.

Helpful and informative staff. Very customer oriented.
Loved the location,staff and hotel features.

Optimum location for visiting all Orlando theme parks. Convenient grocery, drug store, dining options. Nearby UPS Store to ship all of those great purchases from the parks & outlet mall!! Would definitely stay here again.

Our room could be adjoined to the next room. Unfortunately that meant we heard everything in the next room.

Excellent location. You're only a few minutes away from all of the attractions. Ample parking.

if hosting the second day, I left the room at 11am and returning I realize that this day was not cleaned or removed trash and put less inputs such as coffee and soap consumption, parere no follow up service rooms.

Great Location you can see sea world if you room is on the back upper levels. Easy access to I-4 west to get to disney world parks. There is a CVS across the street. Rooms are very clean and spacious with comfotable beds.

The rooms were very nice and clean. The staff was absolutely wonderful!!! No complaints what so ever.

The place was great. Near Sea World, which is what we wanted. They had transportant to the theme parks. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Great place to stay. Would go back in a heart beat.
