Hotel Guest Reviews of the Hilton Garden Inn Phoenix Airport North

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Very close to the airport, they have a breakfast buffet but for the price make sure to get an omelet made to order any way you want it instead of the eggs off of the hot items.

Nice and quiet place to stay

Room is clean. The breakfast is very good even it cost 11.99 per person.
The bed is a little bid hard. A/C is noisy, but acceptable.

It wasn't too far from downtown, nor was it in a scary part of town, will stay again!
The only thing I didn't like was the amount of parking.

This hotel was nice. My friend and I drove downtown every day to the Phoenix Comicon and had no trouble what so ever. There were a few fast food places near by. The hotel was really clean. We were on the third floor and never once heard anyone walking on top, or heard anyone in the room next to us. The staff was friendly as well.

The location was perfect for our needs.
There were two things that disappointed us. 1. The water pressure for the shower was poor. 2. Although the room appeared clean, a dirty towel was left on the floor in plain sight.

Overall it was a nice hotel and a good value.

Room was great,Staff was very attentive:)
My only complaint was having to check out.
I did not want to:)

This hotel location was near everything,so close to the Phoenix Convention Center which is where we needed to go and if you go the opposite direction to 44TH ST there is everything from Target to every fast food and resteraunts, you can't get lost! It was great to not have to worry leaving the hotel.

The location and the friendliness of the staff
I wanted to stay more days with the same price from priceline, but it had gone up.

It's a great hotel!

Walkable to Light Rail, friendly staff, pool was semi-private, large room.
After I arrived and realized how close it was to airport, I felt silly paying the $16 taxi minimum. If a shuttle is available, please advertise heavily.

The pool was fine for me (and no one else showed up) but it would be too small for kids, since the patio area is tiny. There's not good way to separate rowdy kids from relaxing adults.

Room was clean
The bed was very very hard and the AC made all kinds of loud noises all night.

Desk clerk placed us in a smoking room. We don't smoke!
Clerks needs to be more friendly.

Good location to get to Sky Harbor Airport via 44th St. and the East Economy Parking Lot.
