Room great, location and breakfast.Front desk vacant often.There is restoration going on and it was very cold at the front desk...so I believe they were in the back trying to stay warm. Very friendly when I did catch someone at front desk.
Just empty front desk...no one around.

Great hotel, location and well worth the discounted prices during renovation! Thanks

The staff were very helpful with all our needs. We needed help finding some food carts in Portland and both staff that were on, were helping us. Great smiling front desk staff. Loved the cookies in the afternoon and tea all day in the lobby.
We always like to stay in hotels that have room service for breakfast in bed. This location did say room service available but only at night. This was not disclosed when we booked the hotel ****Dissapointed about this.****

*** please disclose to future customers on the website that the room service is only available for the evenings from 5-10pm.***Even though we enjoyed our stay at this hotel, we would have chosen a different hotel had we known about the limited room service hours.

It was quiet, offered free access to the 24 hour fitness across the parking lot, and the staff was beyond fantastic and fun!
Pool could have been a bit warmer and the spa cooler. Both were a bit extreme. The jet button is not labeled, but it's the white panel next to the spa/exercise door.

Great location, experience, and I'd love to stay there again!

The staff was very friendly and helpful.
There was a $4 drink min before ordering certain foods.

Loved the hotel,
I would stay there again, everything was great. The food in the dining area was fantastic for what they had available on the menu.

The staff were superb!
Slightly difficult to find the entrance from the main road.

The staff at this hotel were so accommodating to us, we needed a later check out and they graciously granted that. Very friendly and we will definitely stay here again

Easy access to the freeway.
The bed was very uncomfortable.

The hotel was in a good location. Close to restaurants and the freeway. It was clean. Rather noisy at night - could easily hear the patrons in the room next to us. The bed was very uncomfortable. Had a sleep adjustment that did not work at all. I would probably not stay at this hotel again due to a very poor nights sleep.

Overall location and environment.
Gave me a smoking room.

Booked two rooms and called hotel long time before the travel wanting to make sure have these two rooms next to each other and non-smoking. In the end, not only these two rooms are not nearby, but also one of them is smoking room with quite heavy smoking smell. Not very happy experience.

Clean rooms.
Pool water was not chlorinated, as it had a weird salty taste. it also seemed a little dirty/murky.
