Great location, friendly and helpful staff and very clean.
No, everything was great!

We stayed here the night before an early flight out of San Jose airport. Although it wasn't right by the airport, it was still pretty easy to get there. It only took about 10 minutes down the freeway (which was very close).

bad customer service¿ lied to us¿ They have a lot a vacancy, and told us no room but only left a handicap room with all the vent outside the windows,which is noisey whole night. Just because we came from priceline!!!!

The price for the value
I did not like the construction that was going on and I feel like we were given a less than desirable room because we booked through Priceline.

Good hotel overall. Close to everything with free parking and free wifi. Polite staff. Not thrilled with the remodeling they were doing, but still a good value overall.

This hotel was far better than I had expected. I think it probably deserves an additional star. It was perfectly taken care of without feeling overly gaudy or fancy. Everything was presented in a convenient, well thought out, and comfortable way. The staff was courteous and helpful and the morning buffet was excellent. Be VERY AWARE of additional fees once you get to the hotel and try to check in. Some of the front staff are nice the others are just incompetent. The Hotel was nice but there are A LOT better ones for the same price out there that don't have any hidden fees! On the whole, the hotel exceeded my expectation of a three-star hotel. Fairly good location, clean room, nice staff and close to a lots of eateries.
Surprisingly not. Everything was as expected if not exceeded the expectation.

Although I had very limited choice of selection of the room due to the location, cleanliness and OK staff compensated that shortcoming. For a professional like me, the hotel met my standard and expectation. Willing to stay there again.

Very nice rooms and easy to get to.
I wanted a hotel room that included breakfast. The confirmation said "breakfast available" which I interpreted to mean that breakfast was included in the price of the room. So imagine our surprise when we were presented with a a $12.00/per plate
