The room was spacious and elegant
I had an issue with 4 spiders in the bathroom. The staff was apologetic and were willing to make things right

The staff was friendly and willing to help. The property was clean as well as the jacuzzi was worth getting in

The location was very convenient. The room was nice.
The breakfast was disappointing. Paying for a continental breakfast? No thanks, just went out for breakfast instead.

The location was nice, had an easy time finding it and checking in. The only complaint about the stay was that they served breakfast, but charged for it. Turns out that it was basically a continental breakfast, just wasn't free.

I checked in very late in the evening, tired and was met by a not-so-friendly staff person.

We travel to Sioux City many times a year to visit family. Would stay at this motel again. The price was reasonable for the quality of motel.

The location was great.
Bathroom needed some work.

This was an okay hotel. However, I think for the price they charge Breakfeast should have been included. The bathroom needed some work... the sink wasn't bolted down. The plumbing in the bathtub was hooked up backwards. The air vent needed to be dusted. Finally the bathtub had a small blood like stain in the front of the tub.

The door to the bathroom would not remain open, but continually closed.

Hotel is in a nice location. The restaurant was very nice and had good wait staff. The area for breakfast was nice and the service excellent.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable.
Because of a continuation of the wedding party (morning brunch) I asked for an extension of checkout but they were not accomodating at all.

Nice hotel, lovely river view when I attended the wedding reception. However my view out my window was of air conditioning units and roof. Very ugly view. Expensive breakfast--I went elsewhere to eat.

The hotel was practically empty. I would have liked a room with the river view or staff to offer an upgrade.

clean room. TV in both parts of suite!
only entrance is through the lobby

clean,well maintained hotel. would recomend this hotel to anyone. we ended up traveling with an extra child, and we were not charged extra.
