The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

I was instantly greeted, when I entered and check-in was super fast. All of the staff was friendly. I would definitely stay here again. I know my family would love to stay here when they visit the area.

I liked the elegance in the courtyard lobby of the hotel. The decor in the hallways as well were nicer than I had expected.
I did not like that fact that they did not tell you that there was an extra charge for breakfast.

The hotel is nice and elegant, however it is a bit a ways from major attractions such as Downtown Detroit and Royal Oak. The hotel is free way accessible and there are alot of good restaurants in the area. The soft of firm option on the bedding didn't work in my opinion, although if it had I'm sure it would have been a nice feature. You can also plug your phone/music device in to the radio and use the aux option with out having to attach any additional equipment of your own. Although the firm and soft feature did not appear to be working, the bed was cozy and comfortable. We were able to listen to our music and enjoy ourselves with out disturbing the other hotel guests. The lobby was very nice.
The hotel did not provide a free continental breakfast.

The hotel was nice over all, but to get to the pool and exercise area you had to go to a different floor and then down.

Service excellent, helpful, and professional.
We were not able to sleep Saturday night because of rude and inconsiderate travelers.

Overall, the hotel was professional, friendly, helpful, however, we were unable to reach anyone at the desk at 1:30 am to complain about the screaming, jumping, bumping on the walls. We traveled back to Chicago early morning extremely tired.

There was dirty foot prints in the shower, the staff was nasty,the overcharged for the room.

I hated this place the staff was nasty ,they overcharged for the room its been three days I'm still waiting on the refund, they wouldn't accommodate a late check out past 12.I stayed in alot of hotels 1-4 stars and this was the worst customer service I had ever encountered.
