Hotel Guest Reviews of the Hilton Garden Inn Toronto City Centre

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Large room with a great business desk. Lots of towels. Comfortable bed.
Staff was not great at check in but they warmed up over the duration of my stay.

Great location and good valet parking service. Attached bar/restaurant is great for appetizers and drinks. East of the hotel is a bit of a sketchy neighbourhood. Tremendous location for access to Ryerson University.

The room was quiet. The water/shower pressure was good.
The public washrooms in the lobby are kept locked. Our room key would not open the door, which meant searching out a staff member to open the door. It was a little inconvenient. The tub needed a mat to prevent slipping.

The hotel was in a good location, as long as you ventured west or south. The east was a little sketchy, as far as feeling safe. We were heading south to the ACC for a concert. The staff was helpful, courteous & friendly. The shower was terrific, with great water pressure & hot water. Not a bad price for a room in Toronto.

Great location, room with full facilities
The we got locates at the end of the corridor, whose window is very small. I guess that's the reason of the best price from.

Great locations, with Tim hour tons and other restaurants around. Subway station is within walking distance too. Nice lobby, nice room, nice size---very spacious. There are micro stove, fridge, iron in the room, offering a lot of convenience for travelers. I like this hotel and will come again if possible.

not much
they charged 35$ a day valet parking or I could park a block away. I called twice for towels no one came.

The 35$ valet parking which unless you want to walk a block you had to pay the service was bad no heat in the lobby I had booked a room with two queen beds we got two double beds which where very hard when i asked to switch they said sorry this is what you prepaid for. Asked twice for extra towels no one came. The hotel is not located in the nicest part of downtown allot of homeless people hanging around outside asking for money. ...read more

Great location. Short walk to Dundas square.
No complaints

This was a great hotel for the price. The hotel restaurant actually had great food and drinks which was relieving as we arrived later than expected. Location is great and only a very short walk to the busy Dundas Square area, however it does seem to get a little sketchy at night; nothing too bad though. The $35/day they get you for parking seemed steep seeing as there was a lot 1 block away that was a $12/day maximum. I would definitely stay here again. ...read more
