Hotel Guest Reviews of the Hilton Garden Inn Tribeca

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

The hotel was perfect! The rate was just right for the stay. It was my first time staying in Tribeca and the staff was very friendly in directing me on how to get around. The room was spacious and cozy all at the same time. Having wifi was a huge plus!
There was nothing that I didn't like about this hotel.

Definitively a great hotel. The neighborhood is wonderful. Close to everything! Subways, Restaurants, Soho shopping! I will be a returning guest and refer others to it.

Staff was accommodating. We need a two doubles but was booked into a queen, CP booked us for the doubles without giving us a hard time about it being booked as such.
The room door had too much space between the floor and the bottom of the door which made the hall noise much louder and less private within the room.

Nice, clean hotel with a good location in TriBeCa. The lobby was small but very inviting. The staff was friendly and helpful.

This hotel was great! Perfect. I had concerns since it was a 3.5 star, but it exceeded my expectations in a big way! A great location for everywhere I wanted to go and needed to be!
The only issue I had was that my door didn't latch tight when I left the room and couldn't put on dead bolt. So then I would have to pull it tighter to get my key to work. But it still locked and wasn't an issue.

Decent location and good, basic accommodations at a reasonable price.
Not exactly in the middle of the action, but within an easy walk to Tribeca restaurants.

Good, basic bet for staying overnight in lower Manhattan. Clean and comfortable.

The hotel is located in a convenient, quiet location yet it is close to two subway lines.
I can't think of any thing I did not like about the hotel.

The hotel staff was very friendly.
Sheets were a bit dirty on the corners.

This hotel is in an excellent location, convenient to everything.
The breakfast at the hotel restaurant is super expensive for nothing special.

The hotel staff were super friendly, I asked for a pack and play and one was brought up immediately. My husband was on business so he used the business center at the hotel and was able to get all of his documents printed up. The free WiFi was a plus as well. The hotel restaurant should be skipped for breakfast. It was $34 for two veggie omelette's with coffee, (canned) juice, stale bagels and a sad assortment of fruit. The little bagel cart outside the front door in the morning is better. Dinner there may be fine, but we didn't want to go back after the breakfast.

The staff was amazing! Super friendly, helpful, and down-to-earth New York locals.

I chose this hotel because of how easy it was to get to Battery Park for the Liberty Island/Ellis Island tour. The hotel is conveniently located next to a subway entrance. The lobby and rooms are a little on the humble side but my room was immaculately clean (spotless and so fresh!) and the beds were great. The front desk & bell staff are really superb. Super friendly, helpful, funny, and down-to-earth. It was a short stay but we definitely wished we could have stayed longer. ...read more

Recommend for anyone who wants a quality experience with a brand they can trust. Not super trendy or fancy, but very comfortable, clean, and reliable.
