Beautiful view of canal and lake from room. Could see new years fireworks from window.

Perfect location for City Center. Very clean and updated. The staff was great and went out of their way to help us out. We were prepping for a presentation the next morning and worked late into the night and they allowed us to use the conference room. Josh made sure we were taken care of even though it was late. This will be our new hotel of choice in West Palm Beach.

all in all was a good stay i will stay there again definetly...was new clean and the bathrooms are very nice with granite countertops and lots of space

Helpful staff directed toward a terrific restaurant (our last night in FL - we wanted Cuban food) when we arrived at the hotel. We settled into a gorgeous room after dinner. Had a reliable wake up call and headed for the airport (too early to take advantage of the free shuttle). We wished we'd had a longer stay to enjoy this beautiful hotel.

Our room faced Australian Ave and the ponds Lovely view. Wish it had breakfast Stayed at the Hampton next door last month and very
similar, but fabulous breakfast included. The $10.00 breakfast at the Hilton was the same as the Hampton's included in price. Would go with the Hampton if you can have it for the same cost. Having surgery at nearby hospital.

I little hard to get into the parking lot the first time, but once you get there it is easy to get in and out. The facility is good and people friendly. Room nice and clean.

I enjoyed staying at this hotel. The room was perfectly clean, the bed and pillows were very comfortable, it had free WiFi, the elevators and floors of the hotel was clean and it had a bar where you could enjoy drinks and food if you were not in the mood to go out. In addition, all staff members were very professional, polite, courteous and always had a smile on their face. They made you feel very welcomed. The walk-in shower was great to.

Everything seemed good at first. But after the next day, it was not what we expected. Breakfast was terrible and our room was not cleaned.
