it had every thing you need in a hotel stay.
Only one of the treadmills worked in the fitness room it was broke for two 3 or the four days I was there. They did not have a order off the menu breakfast they only had a buffet 10.99.

It was ok. I was disappointed in the fact that one day the staff member in the dining room let us eat ala carte off the buffet. My wife and I split a ham and cheese omlett and 2 pieces of toast and 3 pieces of sausage he charged us $5.25 for the deal. The next day the staff member was different and I asked if we could do the same thing she stated it was only for the cold bar, I told her they did it for us the previous day and she said that she would do it. The hotel walls were very thin you can hear the room taking a shower watching tv etc...

The hotel was in a great location just across from the mall. The room was clean and daily service was great. Staff at this hotel was very pleasant from check-in to check-out.
There is no free breakfast here, but a breakfast buffet fo 9.95.

The parking is not god in the evening as there is another hotel that shares the same lot so get in early if you dontwant to walk.

All amenities were very close, and the convention we were there to see was nice and compact.
Roads to their location were very busy, even late at night.

The hotel is a standard hotel. Staff was very pleasant, the room was clean and comfortable, and it was a good stay.

Parking was steps away, there was always a cart available, and the staff was very professional and friendly.
Climate control was very loud and ineffective. The bed softness settings didn't work as advertised. The shower didn't produce a good stream.

The Hilton Garden White Marsh was just what we needed returning from a wedding in New York. We were welcomed warmly, and the check-in clerk focused only on us. We got a good night's sleep and moved on the next day, after breakfast at the Double T Diner. The room was very quiet and we stayed during a hurricane.
The "sleep number" beds didn't do anything at all. The pool and fitness room were miniscule.

The staff is friendly, helpful and very courteous. The hotel is clean, comfortable and quiet, insuring a good night's sleep. Pool is child size and fitness room leaves much to be desired.

Poor customer service. Bait and switch with available rooms.

The hotel itself was nice. The staff was terrible and would not accommodate me when they ran out of rooms. I thought that since I requested a king size bed, that I was guaranteed one. I arrived and was not even told that they were putting me in a different room. I didn't find out until I walked into the room.
