Hotel Guest Reviews of the Hilton Garden Inn Worcester
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.March 31, 2013

In a great location, an easy walk from Union station and to the DCU center. Starbucks is a short walk away if you feel like coffee. There is a Pizzeria Uno attached to the hotel.

Even though there was no on-site parking, our hotel clerk refunded our garage parking ticket with no initial complaints from me or my boyfriend and we got no questions asked from the clerk himself. I would immediately go back if need be.

horribly b/c our room did not have a light blocking shade for the window!
This hotel is a good choice. It is beautiful on the outside and inside, convenient $9.00 parking garage right across the street or valet for $14.95 at the hotel. At check-in, we had to wait in line for a little bit, but that was expected because two
big concerts were being held that night (hence why the hotel was so busy in the first place.) We only waited about 20 minutes which was fine with my group, but when we checked in the gentleman at the desk immediately apologized, validated our parking, and gave us vouchers for free breakfast the next morning. Impressive. The room was very classy and clean, but it was missing one very important thing-a light blocking shade for the window in our room. That was an awful nights sleep because of the super bright glare coming in at dawn. Other than that though, it was a great stay. UNO's is attached to the building, the pool looked so inviting (no time to swim with a concert to attend), and the staff was super friendly. I would definitely stay at this hotel again, I'll just bring an eye mask for bedtime next time! ...
