The room was nicely decorated and spacious. The whirlpool was my favorite amenity.
The TV in the bedroom did not work at all. The one in the living area had different channels than the guide they provided (no channels were marked correctly)the remote would not lower the volume etc. The room card did not operate the security gate as prom

The room phone has a Pizza Hut Logo as if one is onsite (Misleading) and there is not. They don't tell you that and you think your getting pizza hut and you don't you get some really awful replacement. The elevators are very slow, the front desk puts you on hold "even though the place is half empty or more" When the staff come to your door they buzz this this thing that is suppose to be a door bell but sounds like a fire drill, and has the qualities to cause one to feel like there is an actual emergency. Convenient. 200meters from I-4 & walking distance(100meters) to sea world.
Room didn't look as nice as it did in the picture. Specifically the bathroom.

The room was spacious and had all the necessities we needed.
This hotel was not enclosed, our door was to the outside, almost a resort feel, made us a little uneasy.

It was a beautiful hotel with a great location to Seaworld, right across the street.

The shuttle was a public settle and ran on a strike schedule. We used it once, ended up paying for parking.

The resort was comfortable, clean and lovely. We had a wonderful time and would love to return.
