Hotel Guest Reviews of the Hilton Hawaiian Village
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 2, 2013

While we are an early thirties married couple with no kids, we would recommend this property to anyone from singles to families with young kids and to retired couples. The grounds are wonderful with interesting things to do for all ages- from penguins to lei and flip-flop making to SUP boarding and beach chair rentals. The dining, bar and music options made it a true "all inclusive" and you wouldn't need to leave the grounds unless you absolutely wanted to! ...

There are fireworks on Friday night that we enjoyed. There is a Benihanna on the grounds that were my sons favorite. McDonalds is not close that was a bummer. There is a Round Table on site. We loved the lagoon and renting the sea kayak. Be careful we burned while in the lagoon. We didn't realize how hot it was while laying on the beach. The buffet was very expensive but delicious and beautiful location. The tables overlook Wakikii beach. We loved the hotel it always felt very safe. ...

Noisy. Loud music well past 10pm. Concierge is worthless. It took them about 15 minutes twice to give me direction to popular golf course and restaurant. Extra charges for everything. Add another
xxx dollars to your Priceline price per day. I would stay away.

The bathroom at Diamond Head Tower needs to be updated. The housekeeping should be cleaning the room thoroughly.

The hotel resort was beautiful! It has three pools, great entertainment, tropical birds, and shopping and restaurants on site. It is right off the beach and next to a beautiful lagoon.
