Nice, quiet location; clean, comfortable room; cozy seats by the fire pits.
Ventilation in 1st floor hallway leading to and from restaurant could be better; convenient access to restaurant but naturally food smells travel down.

Very nice stay; will recommend!

Quiet out of the way location near lovely beaches of LaJolla.
No restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

I enjoyed the quiet location of this hotel with lovely views of the Torrey Pines golf course. You will want to have a car if you want access to dining, shopping or beaches. Large common areas with nice views through large windows with free WiFi. Rooms were large and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on our balcony overlooking the courtyard in the morning. Nice place for the price we paid.
The hotel really could not accommodate a family of 5. One child had to sleep on the floor.

It was in a lovely location, and nicely decorated.

I had to ask for a remote control for the television, the iron was broken, there was no menu for room service and the in-room movies were extremely expensive.

The view was nice. The restaurant staff was very friendly and helpful.
Not a convenient location to restaurants and shops. Did not like the $22/day parking fee.

Overall the staff was great (except for one of the night time front desk young ladies - not as accommodating as I would have liked) , the view from the rooms surrounding the pool was beautiful, and the breakfast buffet offered a variety of choices including made to order omelets.
