It took quite some time for me to get non feather pillows which i requested - and they only could find one. not great at 10 at night. in addition, the air conditioning system in the hotel wasnt working, and i only found out when i called

Staff at desk, concierge,were great service! Location was walking distance to many major sights and Green Park tube also close to many restuarants in Shepards park square around the corner. Breakfast buffet was wide selections.

Everything about this hotel was perfect for our stay in London. Would definitely stay there again.

This hotel is centrally located, on a side street off Picadilly, across from an entrance to Green Park. Buckingham Palace is just a quick, beautiful walk through the park. No need for taxis during your stay. We took the tube straight from Heathrow Airport to the Hotel. Simply take the Picadilly line straight to the Green Park Stop and the hotel is located on Half Moon, the 4th street on the right - easy walk with any size pull along suitcases in tow. All of London is at your access, as there is a stop for the tube, buses, and hop on/off tour buses within easy walking distance. Tucked away off the side streets and on Picadilly are pubs, restaurants, and fresh food markets. The fresh food markets have all the food items you could possibly want for a quick bite, picnic lunch, late night snack, etc. The room had a small refrigerator (with a removable key lock) and a security lock box for our valuables, which gave us peace of mind while we explored the city. The hotel is on a side street, so traffic noise was a non-issue for us. From earlier reviews, we had anticipated more noise, but we were pleasantly surprised. Free wifi wasn't working in common areas, but staff responded well and provided access in our room free of charge!

Amazing location, nicely decorated, clean, nice staff. Great restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Really a great hotel. I'd go back in a minute!

The room was clean, and the decor was pleasant. The location was great.
I was given a room upgrade, which was really nice, but the room had two small twin beds.

Stylish hotel in a great location with comfortable rooms. The bathroom had huge towels!

The staff was fantastic, the rooms were newly refurbished and contemporary.

The hotel was charming, the staff courteous, the breakfast was exceptional and our stay in a King non-smoking room was absolutely wonderful.
