The location is terrific, we were able to walk there from Paddington Station (express train to Heathrow) and walk through Kensington Park. Outstandin

The rooms are very clean, though not fancy, the two twin beds were extremely comfortable, and the in-room tea/coffee service was a plus.The staff was great, very helpful and friendly, and the restaurant bar was pleasant.

Very tiny room.

Excellent location in central London. Close to tubes. Beautiful views of Hyde Park. Very quiet room despite being on Bays water Road. Room was very small, but adequate for a short stay & comfortable bed, room temperature & bathroom.

Clean, Quiet and good service.
They did not have the type of room I booked, but it was compensated.

Good conditions, a regular chain hotel. Very good location, about 15 min. from all the central areas, and it has a very nice view of the Hyde Park. Friendly staff.
