The friendly staff, convenient location, high quality hotel.
Unless breakfast is included in the room rate, breakfast is super expensive.

Hotel is only 2 blocks from the London Bridge subway station. Wonderfully convenient location for walking to historic sites, shopping, dinning and transportation.

We arrived early from a hellish transatlantic flight (delays and missing baggage) and was not certain we can get an early check-in, fortunately the hotel had a room for us so we can freshen up and take a nap.
No Wifi in the room

If you need a taxi then google a local taxi company and pre-book a cab, instead of asking the hotel to flag a black cab. You can save as much as 50%.

For in-room use of wifi, there is a charge , but wifi is complimentary in lobby.

Wow--great hotel!! Room and bathroom spotless, comfortable, enough room (I'd feared a small room, but this one was fine, with queen size bed and extra cot bed (which, unlike some hotels, was not added to the charge). The staff at every level is an outstanding group--you simply could not get better anywhere! Friendly ,warm, professional helpful. Love the location of the hotel--I'd not stayed previously in this part of London. Nearby convenient shops (M and S Foods) low priced but good eateries, and the beautiful Hay's Arcade across the sidewalk. Never once did we feel like 'inferior" guests due to using Priceline! ...read more

Wonderful location. Very pleasant lobby area. Good restaurant facilities available. Room was very nice with a good sized bathroom.
I tried to get a room with 2 double beds but that is not available - only twin singles or one large bed.

Although we only stayed there one night, we would definitely use this hotel on another trip to London. The room was a nice size, as was the bathroom (which can be a challenge in some London hotels). We didn't eat at the hotel but it has a nice lobby area and restaurant and also a very cool looking sushi bar.
