Great customer service.I noticed that the shower head was really gross, covered with lime. I told the front desk and they said they would send a ENGINEER to switch the shower head out. That was more than expected, I was just asking for someone to clean it

Great location!

I would definitely recommend this hotel. It is surrounded by Asian-only markets and restaurants. I was unable to understand anything, however everything was very clean and pretty! Great location! Beautiful facility! Good staff.

Very friendly and helpful staff; exceeded my expectations
noise level of room next door -- guest's telephone conversation was quite loud and easily heard through the wall

Overall I was very happy with my stay at the Hilton San Gabriel. I was there for a 3-day business meeting and the staff was very helpful and accommodating. I booked a meeting room in the hotel for our group and all arrangements went smoothly. I had to make some last-minute changes to our breakfast and lunch menus and the staff had no problem helping us out with that.

Modern, clean, and right where the action is.
They charge $5 per night for parking, even if you are staying at the hotel.

Nice hotel, good location for shops and restaurants. However, the hotel wanting to charge $5 per night for parking is crazy, I should not have to pay for parking at a hotel I am staying at.

The room was clean.
The staff (front desk) is rude and had attitude.

Although the rooms look nice, it was not any better than a Doubletree or Ramada. Paying for parking is obscene and the front desk staff was rude and condescending.

Very close to restaurants, friendly staff!
Nothing.

Staff was so friendly that when we checked in they gave use bottle waters and fruit without any charge made us feel very welcome.
