Great ambiance, and very polite staff.
They give lower levels.
I stayed at the same hotel 4 days before and was on 5th floor, versus the lowest floor.

Excellent hotel, well connected, and beautiful.

Almost everything.

This hotel should be considered a 4 or 5 star hotel. The manager went all the way to please us and it's very elegant. The rooms were neat and clean and beautiful.

The staff was wonderful and extra helpful.
It was close to the convention center but not to anything else.

The staff wants you to have a good stay and they try very hard to be helpful. They made our stay wonderful.
