Staff very friendly. Lobby with free wifi...excellent. Location is good due to easy access to the airport but scant in terms of sites or restaurants available within walking distance. However, my stay was only over night so I was very satisfied overall
Hotel was great.

Location is great because it is directly across from the airport. Free shuttle was timely and convenient.

Very friendly staff. Location litterly across the street from the air terminal.
Restaurant and lounge prices were way to expensive. I mean like twenty dollars for an average breakfast buffet. Twelve dollars for a breakfast roll up sandwich. Seven dollars for a local beer.

Not bad for an airport hotel. Flat rate taxi ride to town is $33.00. I suggest a rental car.

Good location to the Airport (NOLA) and excellent Staff. Seems a little dated - Old carpet,hottub not functioning/out of date.
Again - outdated.

I loved the gal behind the desk, her name is Betty. She was probably the nicest I had ever had to help us at check in and out.

Had the cheapest prices in the greater New Orleans area.
Location was not very close to downtown. I have to take a taxi in every day was expensive.

Not bad especially for the price. If I were to go again I think it would be worth the money to stay somewhere closer to downtown.

Good overall location, friendly staff and nice rooms.
Everything was good.

Even though its right infront of the airport you never hear a single plane lol. The hotel staff was friendly and courteous. The location was good its easy to get to downtown New Orleans with ease. Overall I had a very good experience and would stay there for future trips.

Housekeeping left dirty sheeting in the Hallway for over 5 hours.

Nice, upscale hotel worthy of 3.5 stars. Only downside was housekeeping left dirty sheets in the hallway for over 4 hours and we accidentally left the do not disturb sign on the door all day so our room was never cleaned (our fault) but they ran out of regular coffee and tried giving us instant. No biggie since they serve Starbucks at the shop in the lobby. Great hotel for the Priceline price. ...read more

Room was dirty (cracker crumbs on floor; hairs in sink).

Hotel is close to the airport, but needs to be updated. Rooms are older and not very updated. The room was also dirty (cracker crumbs on floor; hairs in sink), but the staff did a good job at apologizing.
