Hotel Guest Reviews of the Hilton New Orleans Riverside
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.February 14, 2013

The hotel is in a great location and the restaurant was very good. I would rate it as a 3 star hotel. My room was clean but it needs to be painted and the carpet needs to be replaced. The carpet was heavily stained and the walls were marked. Other little things like drained battery in the remote control and the coffee shop running out of coffee products they have on their menu were not what I expected to find in a hotel with a 4 star rating.

Location wise, I think its about 4-5 blocks from the French Quarters. Loved that you can go through the Hotel to get to the Riverwalk. Employees were very friendly and accommodating to their guest's needs!

and
accessible to everything.
My stay here exceeded my expectations! From the time valet took my car, to the exceptional customer service given to me by Carl at front desk, to a very friendly hostess, Ms. Judith at breakfast. The staff took care of me and my family so well that they felt like family.

Housekeeping was on the ball with requests we asked for in the morning, but not in the evening.
