Nice rooms but rather small. Excellent location, staff great. Called for extra towels and they were there almost before we hung up
Parking is expensive but that is New Orleans.

The rooms were great. Very comfortable. Street car stops right at the hotel and goes to the French Quarter.
Staff could have been friendlier. Upon check out bellman just threw our luggage in the backseat of vehicle. We had to rearrange since our children needed place to sit.
Overall it is a nice hotel. But staff may make you feel rushed at times.

Cleaning the hallway of room service trays took more than 12 hours, room wasn't serviced until after 4:00PM and a phone call!
Although the room was not serviced timely and room service was not picked up timely, the Hilton met my needs and my trip was delightful. The bar staff was pleasant and charming. Check in and out was efficient.

The room was spacious, the staff was helpful and the hotel was right next to a streetcar stop.
Hotel room bathroom wasn't the cleanest.

Bar and lobby area was very inviting, especially with young children.
Room service left in the hallway remained for a 24 hour period. Two days our room was not serviced until 4:00 PM! Not typical of this Hilton. Last visits ere amazing!

High unexpected parking fee. Parking fee should have been noted on the description.
Great location in the middle of everything and easy access to the French Quarter. Enjoyed the view of the river which required an upcharge, but it was worth it! Parking fee was unexpected and seemed a little high compared to fees in surrounding hotels (we checked fees for future visits). As we budget for a night away, it would help to be aware of the parking fees in advance.

Location was great. Beautiful building
Finding the room was a little confusing because the grounds are so big. But I found a staff member who helped us right away.
Excellent hotel. Loved the location and the interior of the building. Highly recommend this hotel!

I like the value of the hotel and it is very spacious.
Parking is $35 to park your own vehicle.
Overall this was a great value. It is clean and spacious and everyone at the hotel is very courteous.
