The room was clean and a good size for a NYC hotel room. The bed was large and extremely luxurious. The towels were adequate and the staff friendly and attentive. The stay went extremely smoothly and everything without a hitch. Keep up the good work.

Price! Named my own price and saved 50%! Clean and safe hotel. Room key doesn't have to slide in slot, just touch door.
We you turn on the shower your going to get wet no matter how you do it. Lack of tv station choices.
Nice 20min walk to Meat Packing District which is where I needed to be for training. Closer hotels were much more money. Area was calm for NYC. Close to metro and connivence stores. Enhanced security, you room key needs to be used in elevator to get to your floor. While a little annoying, harder for criminals to ever. I would definitely stay here again.

Location was great, staff was helpful.
At times there was a lot of noise from the cleaning staff early in the AM in the hallways
Overall great place to stay. Close to Subway and access to alot of good restaurants

The room size was bigger than most of the other hotels I have stayed at similar ratings in NY.
The concierge was polite but not knowledgeable. We had asked for individual antiques/home stores but he only told us large chain store and then looked up online and sent us to an antique store that was only open to the public. He may have been a sub.

Location is great. Bathroom was very nice, modern and clean. Staff were very attentive and friendly.
Only that the walls must be pretty thin coz we could hear the neighbours and a bit of noise in the hallway
Great location for everything in NYC. Nice neighbourhood. Will stay here again, and recommend that you give it a shot too! But... Don't try and check in before 10AM - it aint gonna happen, and it doesn't matter how early your flight got in - just sayin'...

The toilet was broken. They moved us to another room and the coffee machine was broken. Both times the staff was helpful in helping us relocate to another room and fixing the coffee machine in the second room.

Location, clean rooms.
Staff was not helpful when i called ahead with my c/c to put on the room for incidentals They said it was done. It wasn't.
Location good for fashion district. Modern decor in lobby. The loud beat of disco music in the Rare Bar forced us to go elsewhere for a drink and food. Not against music, but not at 6PM when you want to relax and talk with friends. Breakfast area looked kind of worn. Food not that great.
