Hotel Guest Reviews of the Hilton Newark/Fremont
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 1, 2012

The hotel lobby was nice, and from the outside the building looked great. The room however was disappointing. Also no continental free breakfast and they charged for the internet unless you have AT&T. Over all i was not impressed especially for a Hilton property. I was Staying at the Hyatt down the road before entering this property and it was much better.

Pros: Right off the highway and close to many restaurants and gas stations. Free parking. Nice restaurant downstairs. USA today at your door front every morning. Cons: Small and limited business center. Dirty rooms (stuff on ceiling and bathtub didn't look clean). Wifi is limited only to one device in room.

Did not care for it! They had the nerve to put a $150.00 hold on my credit card when they did not even have $150.00 worth of stuff in that room. Not a typical Hilton Hotel.

Stay in a room on ground floor. There were big spider and another bug.

Charged for wi-fi really bad for customers to have to pay for it. I have never stayed in a hotel where I had to pay to use my computer.

We were very comfortable and appreciated the clean rooms. Would like to request that the rooms have a small fridge. We were very happy with our choice and will return. Already recommended my family to book their stay here and to use Priceline.

This is my sixth or seventh time staying at this hotel and I always enjoy my stay. The staff is polite and helpful. Room service is great. The rooms are clean and quite. I will be staying here again.
