Hotel Guest Reviews of the Hilton Niagara Falls Fallsview
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. The hotel felt grand and luxurious. The experience with our actual room, not so much. Elevators took upto 15 minutes. Going and down, so using stairs from 15th floor was quicker but very frustrating ad there were only 2 elevators to our tower. The heat was turned off for the season we were told and given a space heater to use at a 4 star hotel. When we arrived it was very busy and would have liked to just park our own car and check in, we were told it was only valet parking, to find out it isn't and could have parked right outside the door. Leaving was insane waiting for our car lobby packed and over 1/2 hour for our car to pack it up in the rain where the valet left it. The pool was great, different from all the rest. Restaurants looked nice, weren't busy at all.

The hotel was more than satisfactory with the exception of the hotel recommended overpriced eatery. We were also told it was the best rated steakhouse. If that's your best you have a problem.

A good hotel that needs to pay more attention to certain items. Coffee makers in rooms should be checked regularly to make sure they work. Pay better attention to bills. I was charged the wrong room rate and four days parking for a two night stay. Self parking was not available when I checked in and I had to pay for valet parking at $25.00 per night. Bill was corrected promptly when brought to their attention. ...

We went in with the impression that we were going to get a room without a view which would have been fine except when we got there we received a room with a great view of the American falls. The beds were located in 2 different rooms which was great for the snorers and the non snorers. The overall experience was a 10 on 10 I would not hesitate to recommend this to my friends.

no views and elevator waits were long.
There are 3 towers, but pray you don't get a mid tower room with no view.
