Family Traveling with Young Children
The hotel was great when it was a Hilton. I wold rather pay full price than be subjected to the ridicule of the front desk staff at this hotel at check in. I won't visit another Omni. When I questioned the staff as to why our room was so far away from the beach.

This hotel was exceptional in value. Beds were extremely comfortable. Private beach area. The staff was very helpful for finding trips to take and offered the best value in the area for the things we wanted to do in the area.

Excellent breakfast. The restaurants and Marketplace are pricey at the hotel, but it is a really nice Resort. Staff always said hello and the manager was very nice and since our room was not ready upon arrival he compensated us with breakfast vouchers for our family of 4 for the next 2 mornings and upgraded our room view. The food is very good at the hotel but it is expensive as well as every food place in Hilton Head. ...

Family Traveling with Teens
A family-friendly hotel that met our expectations. The hotel is older but well maintained. It's right on the beach. The room was clean. The room had a about a 42" flat screen TV and kitchenette. The only negative was the $16 per day "resort fee" which is ridiculous.
