The staff was wonderful, pools were great, free shuttles were nice... Great value!
I didn't have any view out my window, and the tv didn't work all the time...but we weren't there to spend time in the room anyway.

Great hotel for a great price very much recommend this hotel!

Fantastic location and fabulous on-site amenities... Great Pool! And loved the restaurant options at the hotel.
Our room was not available to us until after 5:30PM and we were only staying one night. We were told that the hotel had been full the night before and the cleaning crew was not able to clean all the rooms in time for the 4PM check-in.

The location and the size of the room. The amenities in the hotel were great and also customer service was top notch.
The beds were a little uncomfortable in my opinion. Also I don't think a guest staying at the hotel and using the self-parking option (especial Hilton Honors members) should be required to pay a parking fee. Lastly the service at the pool was very slow.

The guest services were great and everyone was very helpful. I enjoyed the pool area very much and also the room was excellent. I would have enjoyed the pool area a bit more if the service was a little faster, it took almost 20 minutes for the first server to walk by and we were only 50 feet from the bar.

My daughter attended a convention there and it was, as always, a great experience. Staff is exceptionally friendly and efficient...and always make you feel great.
The only issue I have are the fees. There is a pretty hefty fee to park, whether self-parking ($16 & tax) or valet ($24 & tax) per night. Also a daily resort fee of $25.

I have stayed here previously, and always enjoy myself. Beautiful resort, beautiful grounds. First class in every way!

Location being in the Disney complex. Bonnet Creek is a new area encompassing the Waldorf Astoria, The Hilton, and the Wyndham. Very nice area and very quiet. The Hilton was excellent. The Wyndham and Waldorf also looked nice. Clean, great breakfast too.
Had to pay for Internet access in rooms. (Free wireless in common areas) Pay to park. (But in nice parking deck)

Rooms are very nice, clean, comfortable beds. This Hotel is quite nice. Disney store on premises where you can buy park tickets also. Bus (free) transportation to Disney parks. Location of this hotel is exceptional. Bonnet Creek is on the Disney property but on a dead end street that serves the Hilton, the Wyndham, and the Waldorf Astoria. Makes it very quiet and the only traffic is for the 3 hotels. Yet, it is but minutes from all Disney attractions. Great pool area, excellent, well lit parking deck, ($16 a day to park) and well maintained grounds. Golf course right next to Hotel also. Free Wi-fi in Hotel common areas. My only pieve is the $14.95 per day for room internet access. Highly recommend. ...read more

Very helpful staff, changed duration of stay without any problem and changed our room mid stay without a problem. Room was fine we just needed two beds instead of one as our plans changed and kids came up to stay with us midweek.

Awesome awesome awesome locations. Shuttles were on time and comfy. View was great, and so was th pool. Loved it!
The toilet had TP in it when we got there and was hard to flush. The fridge overheated and broke, floor got wet and leftovers were ruined. Hotel accommodated us and were very helpful.

This is a clean hotel and room, but be prepared to pay the fees.

Nice hotel and very close to Disney and Downtown Disney areas, however, this hotel charges $50.00 to your card for "incidentals" in which it takes 5-10 days to get the money back into your account. Oh,and $16.00 of that is coming out for your parking fees. That much hassel and trouble is not worth it.

rooms and pool are so dirty I never been into a dirty hotel like this one you can see molds between the rocks in the pool and carpet smell really bad beside the pillows they can give you a pain by just using them for a 5 hours sleep, this is the worst hot
