Hilton Orlando

This was a very nice hotel that was close to many attractions. The self parking area is very close to the lobby entrance if you park on the top level. I do not like how priceline does not tell you in advanced of the extra resort fees that will be charged, we got a great deal but having to pay the additional $75.00 was a little disheartening. The extra resort fee thing has now happened to us with three different hotels that we have booked through priceline and it is not fair since they are hotels and not resorts! It makes me want to investigate a new hotel booking site....other than that I have no other complaints. ...read more

The hotel was top notch.. There wasn't anything that could be said bad about our time here. From the staff at the front to the staff a the spa, true professionalism all around.

This hotel was very conveniently located near the convention center. It was easily accessible from International Drive and the "Beachline" expressway. The rooms were well appointed, very clean and comfortable. The hotel overall was beautiful - typical of a Hilton. The pool area was amazing and a very nice amenity for those who can take the time to enjoy it. I would stay here again, but would have liked to know about the daily resort fee and self parking fee in advance, which put us over our expected budget for the weekend getaway. ...read more

The location is fantastic, the rooms are updated and modern style, the entire hotel is well maintained and clean. The pool area is beautiful with 2 heated pools, 2 jacuzzis and a lazy river. It also has a 24 convenient store with fair prices and good merchandise. We enjoyed our stay there, we are thinking to stay there again during our upcoming trips. It is a lovely hotel with nice amenities. The internet was down when we arrived and we had to wait a while to check-in. We understand that can happen and were agreeable to a wait, but were surprised at the dismissive attitude the front desk people seemed to have. They were not apologetic for the inconvenience at all, which struck us as odd and they stood in a couple of groups laughing and passing the time. They made no attempt to smooth the wait time for us or any of the guests who were arriving. Other than the very unprofessional check-in, it was a nice stay. The room was large, nice view, beautiful bathroom, large flat screen television, beautiful grounds. Everything was great.
