Hotel Guest Reviews of the Hilton Orlando
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.June 5, 2013

The customer service was not to par with the hotel we were questioned several times about being there even though I showed them a key. Regardless of what ever the reason I don't appreciate being stopped and questioned wether we should be on the grounds when we paid to be there. I don't like that the fees are not all inclusive put everything into a lump sum and call it a day. Our room was very small, the towels were dirty and room service was still in our room when we returned from Universal at 5pm! That is absurd why would someone still be in our room at 5pm. Nothing was really cleaned and overall even though we got a decent deal on the price this hotel was still not worth what we paid which is a shame since the hotel itself is beautiful. ...

This was a very nice hotel that was close to many attractions. The self parking area is very close to the lobby entrance if you park on the top level. I do not like how priceline does not tell you in advanced of the extra resort fees that will be charged, we got a great deal but having to pay the additional $75.00 was a little disheartening. The extra resort fee thing has now happened to us with three different hotels that we have booked through priceline and it is not fair since they are hotels and not resorts! It makes me want to investigate a new hotel booking site....other than that I have no other complaints. ...
