Lazy river
Prounouncing booking still continues to happen more frequently as I book. When I arrive they tell the world your source of booking loudly "Oh You BOOKED WITH PRICELINE" I stayed in New Orleans for instance and they referred my booking as as Third Party.

The hotel had a terrific pool. The kids loved the lazy river and the slide. The rooms were roomy, clean, and very nice. We loved this hotel.
Food was pricey.

This hotel was excellent. We enjoyed our stay and hope to go back soon!

I booked thru Priceline but was charged $20 a night for Resort fees and $21 a night for parking fees. These fees were never discolsed when booking. So you can add baout $40 a night more to your room rates. Resort facilities were great.

The location was great and the pool was awesome.
I did like that we had to pay a $20+tax for resort fee a day and $14+tax for self parking daily.

I loved the pool area although the lazy river needed more adult supervision and the pool area was well over capacity still very pretty.
I did not like the fact that I specificly called and asked if there were going any additional charges beyond what we already paid. The guy on the phone said $20 a day hotel fee and that was it however I suprised to find out about $14 a day for parking.

The customer service was not to par with the hotel we were questioned several times about being there even though I showed them a key. Regardless of what ever the reason I don't appreciate being stopped and questioned wether we should be on the grounds when we paid to be there. I don't like that the fees are not all inclusive put everything into a lump sum and call it a day. Our room was very small, the towels were dirty and room service was still in our room when we returned from Universal at 5pm! That is absurd why would someone still be in our room at 5pm. Nothing was really cleaned and overall even though we got a decent deal on the price this hotel was still not worth what we paid which is a shame since the hotel itself is beautiful. ...read more

The pool area is open untill 11pm so when you get back form park you can enjoy the pool area.
the first night the room was warm, we called the next day in the AM and they sent a guy ti fix it right away.

Hotel is very nice, clean and I enjoyed every second of our stay.

The pool and lazy river were the best part of our stay at this hotel
There was blood stains on the bed linens but it was replaced promptly. There was also a bottle of water with a $5 charge open in the room when we got there and even though we told them it was not ours it was there for our whole stay.

This was a very nice hotel that was close to many attractions. The self parking area is very close to the lobby entrance if you park on the top level. I do not like how priceline does not tell you in advanced of the extra resort fees that will be charged, we got a great deal but having to pay the additional $75.00 was a little disheartening. The extra resort fee thing has now happened to us with three different hotels that we have booked through priceline and it is not fair since they are hotels and not resorts! It makes me want to investigate a new hotel booking site....other than that I have no other complaints. ...read more
