Hotel Guest Reviews of the Hilton Phoenix - Chandler

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

NO shuttle service to the airport. It cost us $60 to hire a cab, so that really ate up any savings we got on the hotel.

The rooms were nice, but there could have been a little better job on cleaning the corners. The soap dish in the shower still had soap on it from the previous occupant. The corners were dusty, dirty. It's the little things that help me to know that the hotel has gone the extra mile. The staff was friendly, but mostly inflexible. For example, our plane was not leaving until 3:20 PM, so we asked for a late check-out. They told us absolutely NO LATE CHECK-OUTS. Then having to pay $60 for a cab to the airport and having to wait at the airport for 3 hours was not ideal. There also was no contintental breakfast, though surrounding hotels offer it, as well as late check-out. (We know this because we had relatives staying at close by hotels) ...read more

Everything was up to par. Location is not bad. The view out my window was of some water towers. Not what one would expect staying in the valley. However I would still recommend the hotel.
The front desk concierge could have found a better way of interacting with the guests. I noticed he referred to us as " buddy " and to some it may not be a big deal. But I find it rather condescending.

Staying here was overall a great experience. Keep in mind that if you don't plan on renting a car, there may be better locations for things to do and see. They have a courtesy shuttle which is great but it only takes you to shopping areas. Location is good if you will be wanting to see lots of the valley and have a car. Staff was friendly and room was clean. The breakfast was great and late night room service was a life saver ...read more

Everything was great

The hotel was very much worth the money, staff was friendly and even let us check-in early at no extra charge. Great guys here at this new Hilton hotel!

Very friendly staff
Pool was over crowded and dirty. Nasty towels nasty drinks left all over. Kids were running crazy all over diving and jumping where not permitted. Pool closed, due to accident!Seemed not to be a " Hilton" more like a motel atmosphere. Very disappointing.

Staff was very nice. Shampoo was emptied all over elevators. Pool closed the entire evening from accident. No body cleaning or keeping up on busy pool area. Very dirty pool area towels DOGS in pool area. Dirty towels everywhere. Then to top it off pool was closed from some sort of accident. Very disappointed. We prefer Hilton or Hampton Inn always. But very very disappointing

This is a new hotel so it is very clean and the decor is excellent.
We booked a room with 2 queen beds, when we arrived our room had only a king. They were unable change our room because they were booked. They brought a roll away bed for my son but it was disappointing. Not sure if it was the hotel or Priceline that made

Clean comfortable beds, fastest elevator of any hotel we've stayed at!
Barking dogs in room across the hall, no fridge or microwave in room, room doors slam loudly.

Great location, comfortable, clean beds, very nice staff, live music in lobby.
