Hotel Guest Reviews of the Hilton Prague

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Free Internet in public places.
Location was average. Parking was too expensive! The information I got on the hotel said it would be ready to check after 2 pm, but the hotel was not ready to check-in until 3 pm.

Rooms were clean and spacious.
Wireless internet access was through a pay service.

The hotel met expectations. Amenities associated with the hotel were over-priced and under-delivered in their performance.

Clean and
predictable.
Inconvenient location. Don't get room near elevator.

This is a typical Hilton: large, clean rooms, helpful staff, etc. It is very predictable, which is a blessing and a curse. You know exactly what you're getting, but there is no real charm. It is not particularly close to most of the tourist sites, so expect to pay 10 Euros for taxi each direction to the tourist areas. You do have to pay for WiFi (ridiculous!), and the restaurant is very expensive compared to local restaurants. ...read more

The hotel staff was fantastic, helpful, and very clean.
Our room was very far from the elevator, it took us 4-5 minutes to walk to the room.

It is a great hotel that can accommodate for many clients. The staff was helpful and the hotel is very clean.

Excellent facilities with a very helpful staff, choice of restaurants and full comfort.
Add a 24 hour charge for Internet service.

This hotel had all the comforts that a traveler is looking for -- nice spacious room, good bathroom w/shower, very helpful staff, good TV selection, very good restaurants (overpriced breakfast though -- 30 euros for breakfast. One thing they should add to help a wary traveler is shuttle service to and from main train station and/or airport.

Cleaness
Unfriendly front desk, expensive hotel restaurants, inconvinent elevator location

Hilton Prague is a nice hotel you could expect from any 4 star Hilton facility. It is 10-15 minutes walk to old town Prague. We did not have good experience with the hotel receptionists. They are either not helpful or incompetent. Hotel restaurants are very expensive. Each floor only has one location has elevators, so depends on the location of the room, it may take 5 min walk before you get to the elevator. ...read more

The concierge was extremely helpful.
You could not swim in the pool, I had to go to another hotel, Axa, to swim!

You will like this hotel! I highly recommend it!
