Hotel Guest Reviews of the Hilton Salt Lake City Center

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Good location, not great. It IS pretty much downtown. For the first time driving in Salt Lake City it was good enough. There is a so-so Starbucks in the lobby... that would have to be what I liked most about this Hotel.
Room service was ridiculously expensive. a beer cost's about 8 bucks... holy wtf...

The 3g in Salt Lake isn't that great, you have to pay per day for wifi, but, i decided i didn't need it that bad. Parking is 17 bucks a day, and the underground parking garage is pretty tight. The visibility for pulling in and out of the Valet area is pretty good. The bed was a lot more firm than I'm used to so i didn't sleep in very well. Pillows were down filled so they were nice and soft, but i take 2 of my own pillows with me anywhere i go anyways. I would probably stay here again if i got the same deal i did when i stayed the first time. Nothing to amazing about it, nothing really bad about it. Just "good enough" i suppose! :) ...read more

Great location and nice rooms. The Bell desk was very helpful and took great care of my special needs.
The TV remote was hard to figure out and there were not a lot of good channels. I didn't know I had to pay for parking and it was too expensive to park.

Everything was great!
We were charged an automatic $14.00 for parking. Our truck was too large to fit into the parking lot, so we had to park across the road. That parking lot cost $12.00 - and it took 3 times of asking to finally get the $14.00 removed from our bill.

Everything was fabulous! Terrific staff and beautiful clean hotel - soft mattresses and fluffy pillows. Huge bathroom. Terrific!!!

Great location....beautiful hotel.....pleasant staff
The beds were better than most hotels, but not as comfortable as I would have expected for a four star hotel.

All in all, it was a nice stay....nice hotel....great location....I was just a little bit disappointed with the beds. They were fine, just not what they could have been.

Had a problem with AC and it was promptly addressed.

Excellent location with an upscale contemporary design. I would definitely stay here again!

Staff was fantastic. Our first room seemed a little smokey, so they were able to get us into a cleaner room very quickly.

Comfortable bed, very clean room, Starbucks in the hotel, comfortable lobby and easy access parking.
I am pretty sure when I booked the room I was supposed to get free parking and it ended up costing me $14.00 a day. I was a little bit disappointed by this surprise.

It is located in an easy to get to location. It was close to the airport but not too close. You walk two blocks up the street and you are in the City Creek area. We found lots of great restaurants and pubs near by.
