Staff was awesome. Any question we had they answered it. Room was super clean and the view was awesome. Would stay here again 100 times.
The parking fee was high. I dont mind paying for parking even though I think its something the hotel should offer but 28 per night? Also on the website it says a 50 dollar deposit for animals but really its a 50 dollar fee.

Rates on Priceline were perfect. Walked right in showed them my paperwork and had keys in less then 5 mins. Again the view from our room was great. My kids loved the pool. There is food in walking distance. A well kept park right next to the hotel. Perfect place for a nice weekend.

First of all, Parking rate at $28/day. Secondly, the hotel says an upgrade is needed since priceline booked rooms have a view of the railroads and force you to upgrade to $20/per day. Very unsatisfied with lack of up front info.

Great location and facility but the lack of information given prior to booking is a Complete disappointment

Good location, clean rooms, good staff.
Parking was a bit pricey at $27 per night.

Great location, though you have to drive or walk a bit to get to other restaurants since it is across Harbor Street from the Gaslamp District. Great walk along the bayfront when the weather is cooperative, which it was on our last day there.

half the people walked in from the outside were not hotel guests.

The location was great, very scenic.
The hotel restaurants were not kid friendly.

I loved the location because it was in a very scenic area, right on the harbor. I also liked the fact that it was within walking distance to the Gas Lamp district (shops, restaurants, etc).

I like the look and location of the hotel. It is accessible to shopping and restaurants.
I did not like that the room was a bit worn looking. I also didn't like that there is no refrigerator in the room. Good think we brought an ice chest.

I would definitely stay at this hotel again. The staff is friendly, helpful, and the hotel has a safe and modern environment.
