Hotel Guest Reviews of the Hilton San Diego Mission Valley
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 20, 2013

This was an acceptable - though no better - hotel for the discounted rate I paid. I would never pay full price to stay at this hotel; the staff were a little bit underperforming - even apart from the maid throwing away a pristine Nordstrom shopping bag with purchases still in it. The $10/day fee for WiFi was very bothersome. The $16/day fee for onsite parking was OUTRAGEOUS. ...

Hotel rooms need to be updated. Parking is expensive.

For the normal price one would have to pay for the hotel, I was expecting a lot more. The rooms were an okay size, but that is only counting if the normal price of the room was really the same as the discounted price I got the hotel room for on here. I am glad I did not end up having to pay full price here. The showers had horrible water pressure. I had to be right up under the shower head, in order to bath. The price for parking here was an additional 30 dollars a night. And you had to pay about 10 dollars a day for internet, but it would only last an hour or so before disconnecting and asking for you to pay for another quote "24 hours" again. I would also think that a hotel of this star rating would come with a mini fridge at least. But it had none. I have stayed at several hotels that had fewer star ratings and lower prices that had better amenities then this place. ...
