The hotel was better than average quality a with a restaurant and bar in the hotel. The location was very pleasant considering it was an airport hotel. There are several restaurants that are a short drive and the hotel was on the water with a walking path

If you are flying out it is a good location and very clean . If you had to travel into San Fran for work the traffic can be delayed at certain times of the day.

The location is good, a few miles from the airport, but easy traffic. The restaurant host (a couple Philippino ladies) on both shift (day and evening) were exceptionally caring. The computer terminals with free access by the restaurant is awesome.
room carpet is old and so so for a 4 stars hotel

The staff was excellent, and got us the quietest room available, along with a complimentary roll-out bed.
The air conditioner in the room was very loud and hard to sleep through. On top of that, the air felt damp, especially in the hours following a shower. Upgrading the AC would go a long way to improving the experience.

There no longer seemed to be a problem with noise from an airport shuttle that another reviewer had commented about. The staff was extremely helpful. The AC in the room ought to be upgraded to a quieter model that can also freshen the air better.

Helpful staff and quick check in and check out.
Free shuttle to from airport with access to BART from international terminal. Just plan about 30 minutes transit time.

There seemed to be a water problem on the hall carpet on my floor (dryers in place) which tainted the air and lessened my enjoyment of the hotel.

The surrounding hotel landscaping is magnificent. The view is breathtaking as you can walk along the bay.

The staff.
The room was smaller than I thought. Parking was difficult and full considering you pay to park. We ordered a strawberry daiquiri that was was like ice mixed with a little liquor and strawberries.

The staff were great and attentive. Gave us a $5 discount on parking. They were friendly and helpful. The gym was also very nice and convenient
