Hotel Guest Reviews of the Hilton San Francisco Fisherman's Wharf
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.Sort by: All Travelers | Business Traveler(9) | Solo Traveler(14) | Traveling as Couple(47) | Family with Young Children(21) | Family with Teens(17) | Group Traveler(4)

Staff was nice.
I wish the parking prices were more clearly stated.
Parking is expensive.

Location.
Had to pay for Internet and tv. Had I known this I would have stayed elsewhere. Even once I paid for Internet i couldn't access the wifi on my phone in the hotel.

The location was great.
They definitely gave us the worst room because we went through Priceline. Not impressed.
The Hilton at Fishermans Wharf is located very well, but the actual hotel was not Hilton standard. It was OK for a place to sleep but that was about it. By the time you add the daily parking fee and hotel per night price, it was still expensive for a very regular hotel.

Location, Only two blocks from Fisherman's Wharf. Only one block from a trolley ride.
Hated having to pay for internet service. A charge of 10 dollars a day is unnecessary.

The self parking was secure and easy to get in and out.
THE HOTEL OVER CHARGED US FOR THE ROOM AND IT TOOK A FEW DAYS TO FIX THE ISSUE.

The location was great
This was by no means a 3 1/2 star hotel. The hotel itself felt antiquated and nothing seemed to work - the TV, the cable once the TV finally turned on, the air, the internet. The restaurant never seemed to be open. Staff sent us to the Hyatt for food.
If you are only sleeping here, it's a great location. If you plan on using ANY hotel ammenities I would go to a different hotel.

The room was pretty and spacious.
I found trash under the arm chair in the corner. It was a moldy orange juice bottle. The coffee maker was dirty it had creamer poured in the part where the water goes.

Good business center. Flavored water in lobby and free am coffee and tea. Some front staff and bellmen were very helpful others awful esp after hearing room was from Priceline.
Front desk staff treated Priceline guests like they had the plague . Rooms were very outdated. No pool. Concierge there sporadically and hotel staff would not make extra efforts to assist other than to say wait for the concierge in the pm or am .
Would likely not stay here again . Hotel outdated rooms, staff didn't like Priceline guests and hotel busy with tour groups who had priority . Beds very soft .No pool. Main plus is great location.
