Clean, helpful concierge, close to subway, adequate pool/spa/gym
Really not a 5 star hotel, but for the Priceline price, it was still a great deal for Shanghai

This is a comfortable hotel that is clean, well maintained and has a collection of eager to help concierges. The rooms are average (what you might expect from a 4-star hotel) - ours had a great view of the Shanghai skyline. While the hotel isn't on the Bund, it is very close to a subway line gives you quick access to many different parts of the city.

The best spa I have ever seen.

Fantastic! Beautiful lobby. Everything is super clean. The best a/c in Shanghai! First class dining options. Spa/pool view are exceptional. Nicest Hilton I have ever stayed at.

The staff have good English level and are very helpful for anything you need including writing down Chinese addresses for the taxi drivers.
The beds are not too comfortable.

The Hilton Shanghai is great if you are a business traveler. They have excellent facilities and offer services such as luggage stay, booking train and flight tickets and have a business center.

Perfect bed, perfect housekeeping
The room was under average for Hilton, e.g. Very old wall-mounted hair dryer. Extremely expensive internet access

Great overall but my room was just ok. Best bed!
