The staff was friendly, and the room was comfortable and clean.
Water pressure in the shower was low, and there was no hot water. I took a very uncomfortable, very cold shower. My wife went without a shower to avoid the same experience. The front desk refunded our $5 parking fee to compensate.

The location is excellent. Casinos are nearby, as well as the boardwalk. The hotel is very nice and very clean. Our only complaint was that the shower had no hot water and very low water pressure.

The hot water boiler was down the next morning when we where trying to shower.So there was no hot water.

Everything was good about the Hotel.Excellent staff and location

The location is conveniently located. Very nice and classy.
I asked to change rooms because the first room's floor was dirty, not vacuumed. then when I noticed the bathroom toilet lid was nasty, I asked to be moved. My request was immediately taken care of by a very friendly staff.

The lobby and all areas are very beautiful. A great view of the river and casinos. Near historic downtown.

The room was nice.. but the shower nozzle was broken, and it sounded like crickets where in the room. I expected better but it seems like hotels treat priceline people like sub standard citizens.

If they give you room 701 request another room..

The hotel room was spacious.
No hot water the night we checked in. Water was barely warm the next morning also.Also noticed some markings on one of the night stands; looked as though someone had slung paint across it.

Really surprised about not having hot water at a HILTON HOTEL. Had higher expectations of this brand name hotel.

They gave a Handycap room. the closet, the shower, all utilities were made for a person in a wheelchair. This is not what I paid for.

I will no longer trust Price line to provide me with the room I paid for. This is the second time this has happened. I will be changing companies.

The staff was the best and they alone would make me stay there again.

The staff at this hotel made all the difference. Our front desk guy was fun and knew exactly where to go for everything we needed. He recommended a great Mexican restaurant and even printed off directions for us. The room was extremely clean and met all of our needs. The parking garage was free with a hotel key, casinos were really close and easy to get to, and the lobby bar was very nice. ...read more

The staff did change our room after placing us in a handicapped room. They took less than five minutes to switch us to a new location.
This hotel had a major water issue. There was no hot water! The room chairs were not clean. After hearing them quote a price of almost 300.00 to stay two nights to a customer, I am so lucky to have booked through this site.
