Justin Blankenship, and Robert from the indoor restaurant, and Sandy from the outdoor bar. The 3 of these employees went out of their way to make sure that we had everything we needed and had the most relaxing time possible. The ladies at the front desk were all so nice and helpful with room selection and to help us find everything we needed in town during our stay! Service was very quick to respond to any request and did it with a smile and kind greetings at every hour of the day! Makes for a pleasant stay when the people working there are happy and inviting! As long as you don't order food everything else is excellent

Look forward to returning to this hotel. The beach was awesome, view from room was a dream. I wish there had been a few more options for food but it as also great. When I told my friends about it I was amazed at how many had stayed there too.

This was a great hotel! Location was excellent, easy access to the beach. Wish there was a little more within walking distance of the hotel, but since our hotel had the beach bar and restaurant; it was great!!

Overall I had a very pleasant stay and the location was superb. It was very clean, I did not eat on premises. Very convenient rear beach entrance and showers near sand before you enter back to pool/bar area.

The best beach resort in Palm Beach county. Price is fair and hotel is wonderful.

"Meh" would be about the best word I could use for this hotel. It's not in a good location, the surrounding area is VERY sketchy and unappealing and most attractions and dining are a pretty good (and fairly expensive cab ride) distance away from the hotel. My room had a scant view of the ocean but I'd guess it was bottom of the barrel for Priceline customers. The beach and beach bar staff was very good, the entertainment, Eddie Z., was terrific! The food was good, not outstanding but satisfactory. Staff was OK and pleasant but didn't seem overly enthusiastic about customer service. The room was terribly noisy and I think Hilton walls must be made of paper because this is an issue I've encountered at other Hilton properties - excessively loud noise from areas surrounding the room. Tour buses and shuttles parked right outside and underneath my window and were left running at night - making it nearly impossible to sleep AND to leave the doors open for some fresh air. Balcony isn't that, just a step out and a rather prison-like wall in front of you. For the price paid, I'd advise adding a few dollars to it and getting something a little nicer and a lot closer to major Palm Beach attractions and dining. This hotel was a great place to stay. My husband and I were looking for a last-minute getaway to someplace where we could just relax. This hotel was everything we were looking for. We rented beach chairs, got beachside bar service, enjoyed the pool, and wined and dined at the outdoor tiki bar.
