ROOMS WERE NICE BUT THEY HAD NO TISSUES,DIRTY END TABLES.AND I HAD TO WAIT ONE AND A HALF HOURS UNTIL FOUR THIRTY TO GET ACCESS TO OUR ROOM-THEY SAID THEY WERE CLEANING IT UPON OUR ARRIVAL-WHAT TOOK ONE AND A HALF HOURS?
PARKING WAS HORRIBLE--HANDICAP PARKING WAS FAR AWAY FROM ENTRANCE AND LOTS ACROSS FROM ENTRANCE WERE RESERVED.

STAFF IS VERY CAPIBLE OF LYING TO YOU-THEY TOLD US THEY WERE CLEANING OUR ROOM AS WE SPOKE AND THAT WAS NOT THE CASE--IT DOES NOT TAKE ONE AND A HALF HOURS TO PREPARE A ROOM WHEN THEY KNOW THE PEOPLE ARE THERE.

We arrived early and our room was available. The breakfast was fantastic!!!! Staff was very nice. Would have preferred a room on a high level. Enjoyed our stay.

Free breakfast buffet and happy hour for 2 hrs, fantastic rooms.
Could use a vanity mirror in bathroom so I could see the back of my hair.

Great location, beautiful suites, grounds, free breakfast and happy hour, helpful staff. The front desk printed out our boarding passes, thank you.
