They gave us a smoking room.

I reached after 9 pm and was tired from my travel ,I was given a room and when I entered the room it was a smoking room ,I called and talked to the Night Manager and he told me that since we booked from a third party(in this case priceline) this is the best they can do and they have non smoking rooms booked for their elite customers.I tried my best for him to change the room but was not successful.When I checked in he did not even mentioned that it would be a smoking room. I think when we book from priceline it should be mentioned that it will be a non smoking room from before,so that the element of surprise is not there. Thanks ...read more

The room was so spacious as well as the bathroom was huge. I loved the frig and microwave too. The lobby was very nice - it looks like a "mini" version of the Opryland Hotel with a lot of lush greenery, tables, waterfall and music.
It was my confusion but I thought it had a complimentary breakfast and we were charged for breakfast buffet. It was good though.

Great location, close to many restaurants, shopping, nice, safe area

The room was very spacious
Some trouble with the reservation. We asked for king size bed and they told us they did not have it. After talking to the girl several times we finally got it. Overall a good experience

Everything was good. Will definitely stay there again. Nice big room and clean

EXtremely helpful staff; very nice suite w/ plush bedding

We loved our stay at Hilton Suites. The hotel was a little hard to find, once we took the interstate exit, but quite honestly, we could not have asked for a more positive overall experience. Thanks for helping make our wedding anniversary trip a great one.

clean, very nice hotel and the atrium was awesome.
A person that had stayed in our room the night before had housekeeping try to get into our room and see if they left a stuffed animal in the room, our room was cleaned and this should have never happened!!!

The staff was so friendly and helpful in helping us find a child friendly place to watch the SEC game.
Was not fond of the food or choices of food at all.

We enjoyed our stay and the location was so convenient to Cool Springs, Downtown, and Opry Mills!

The room was very spacious and far above our expectations. The staff was also amazing.
We have zero complaints.

The hotel is located in a great location and is close to many great restaurants and shopping. The staff was very courteous and professional and made us feel very welcome. When we entered our room all we could do was smile because even though we paid a low price, we were given a suite. The location was great and accommodations clean/welcoming.
The whole experience would have been a 10 but there was a slightly humid smell in the room.

Hotel staff members were friendly/welcoming and offered help in a variety of ways (very impressive). Staff members that we encountered included front desk, maintenance in the general areas, waitresses/waiters. They initiated welcomes and offered assistance (prior to be asked). WOW!
