Very clean and modern room. Definitely will come back!
It was quite a distance to the self parking if you didn't use the valet.
Excellent hotel for the price. If you self park you can save a couple dollars, but you end up spending just as much on taxi service since the garage is several blocks away and not worth the effort to go get your car.

parking was expensive ($58.00 for valet, $35 for self parking), but the valets were very helpful in finding the self-park garage.
The hotel exceeded my expectations.

Staff was polite and efficient. My interactions with them while I was there were satisfactory. The room and lay out was nice.
The morning we checked out, we went to the bathroom to shower and there were cockroaches. We trapped one under a glass and informed the hotel staff but it was still very disgusting.

Rooms were great - it was a suite - the bedroom had a nice TV and a little makeup area. The shower was fabulous - very strong. The living room area had another TV, bar, coffee maker, desk and couch - perfect for two people.
liked it all - except for the parking - but that is what you get in downtown chicago.
Nice hotel - convenient to mag mile. One block off of Michigan Ave which made it a little quieter - nice feature. Didn't eat at the restaurant downstairs - but it looked delicious and was interesting to watch the chefs prepare dinner through a window. Had exercise room and pool on 30th floor - perfect. The suites were so nice - made it very comfortable for two people - one could get up and work while the other slept in the bedroom. I would come back here again. ...

Location was perfect! Staff was very friendly!
Wish I knew the valet parking fee was $56 prior to booking. Also the snack area should stay open a little longer!
Great hotel, great location. Didn't spend a lot of time in the room, but it was spacious for my daughter and I. Buy snacks from Walgreens before heading back, as the store in the hotel closes pretty early.

Most of the staff was nice. I like that there was a refrigerator in the room. The staff at the adjoining restaurant was very nice. They allowed us early check-in.
There was a dirty cleaning rag in the room. One of our hand towels was dirty. The gentleman that helped us with our luggage after we checked out was extremely rude when we tried to get luggage belonging to another party that was with us.
