Solo Traveler
The decor is a touch dated but the overall experience is what you would expect from Hilton. Staff are professional and helpful but admit that there are issues with how Hilton's corporate office processes deposits on credit cards. The hold this past stay was twice the cost of the room itself. That issue alone taints an otherwise positive experience.

It's a great hotel! It's clean and safe and location is great! I would stay here again in the future. Staff is great and friendly. Lobby is big however, seating is limited with only 2 sofas. There is a bar in the middle of the lobby but the seats are reserved for bar patrons.

Serves its purpose just fine if you are driving and don't mind $10 parking. Not much around commercially, so you are captive to the hotel food options.

Great room if you want to be close to Toronto but don't want to pay downtown hotel prices. The room was very clean and the bathroom was very well kept, usually the cleaners sometimes forget about the hair on the ground, this was not the issue. The decor was a little dark so it made it feel a little smaller but for a couple it was nice and cozy. It was convenient as it was actually close to a food store, a Shoppers drug and even Chez cora if you didn't want to go far for breakfast. I would love to be able to win a bid on this hotel again, ...

We really enjoyed the experience at this hotel. Clean rooms, helpful staff, nice amenities, comfortable beds. The dining prices are high (ex. half a grapefruit costs $5 during breakfast) but there are several other restaurants across the street including Cora's.
