Everything was about perfect .The staff was friendly and warm. We went to the Fleetwood Mac concert, and although the restaurant was pretty much closed when we got back, the lounge servers made sure we still got to eat.bravo
The only small issue we had was a slow draining sunk in the bathroom.

Great stay, even though under renovation , staff was perfect.

Check in smooth and efficient. Location.
Bathroom was small, very small. Valet/bellman was very nonchalant, did not give accurate info.

This hotel is undergoing renovations. Has been a Hilton for about six months. Formerly a Hyatt.

The rooms were great. Beautiful view. Was perfect for an over night stay.
Took several hours and 6 requests to finally get a crib for my son. It was after 11 when I finally got it. Also, price lining a room is great. But when it's $20 for parking and $10 for wifi.... There isn't much of a deal left to be had.

I mean what kind of ancient hotel doesn't have free wifi. Especially when their main lobby is under massive renovation. It's no wonder they were so low on Priceline. ...read more

Parking fees..Self parking $17 per day. Tickets issued for on street parking on Sat..free on Sun. Coffee maker and safe only in-room amenities. Great location..close to sites. City dead after 8 pm..Ybor City
