I really enjoyed my visit at the Times Square Hilton. I have stayed at the Hilton hotels many times and I have never encountered a bad Hilton. Your staff, in my opinion, is one of the best. Sincerely, Ruth Roberts

Excellent location. Very convenient to the theaters, shops, restaurants/delis, etc. Clean, good smelling rooms. I especially enjoyed not having to make coffee in the bathroom. New York is my favorite city in the U.S. and I can't wait to visit the Hilton again.

The Hotel was fine and the Location was perfect
I asked you for Two Queen beds and we got a 1 King for four people but the Hotel gave us a roll-away bed for free but that still left 3 to 1 bed so each night 1 person slept in a chair all night. My complaint was not with the hotel but with Priceline.

The hotel was great perfect location by the subway and in the heart of everything

The location was terrific. However, a great location wouldn't have mattered much if the rooms had been disappointing, so the fact that the rooms were very nice and exceeded our expectations was a big bonus. We feel we got a very good value.

PROs: Check in & check out were fast and easy. The lobby and bar areas were clean and comfortable. The rooms were well-cleaned. We were pleasantly surprised at how quiet the rooms were - we had no problem with street noise and heard nothing from the neighboring rooms. The location can't be beat: Restaurants, theaters and other attractions were all within an easy walk. This hotel will be our first choice on our next visit. CONs: There's an Applebee's restaurant at the hotel's front entrance...heads-up, even for NYC it's pricey for this kind of restaurant. The hotel bar staff was very nice, but the all of the nearby choices the drink prices could be a little lower & more competitive. ...read more

This hotel is located in the heart of Times Square. It is within walking distance to many attractions and restaurants. Hotel is very clean, neat and has friendly staff that was very helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

It was wonderful to be met by a wonderful receptionist who was very friendly and helpful. Was treated as a valued guest. Thanks Hilton will stay with you again without a doubt!
No. Everything was excellent.

Fantastic central location for Times Square, Theatres, restaurants and shopping. But if you are coming by taxi get them to take you to the 41st entrance. There are metal blockades on 42st and no standing anytime so hard to stop and cross the street especially with luggage!

Good location. Close to Times Square but very quiet in the rooms. Nice sized rooms for NYC.

The check in process, reception staff and the room were all good! The location is very good for those that want to be near the theatre district. Plenty of public transport options very near too.

The staff were friendly. The room we had, (2 doubles )was a good size and the view very nice. I would recommend is hotel for those that want to be in Times sq.
