Hotel Guest Reviews of the Hilton Toronto
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.Sort by: All Travelers | Business Traveler(12) | Solo Traveler(19) | Traveling as Couple(58) | Family with Young Children(5) | Family with Teens(4) | Senior Traveler(7) | Group Traveler(12)

This seemed to be party central.... The hallway noise began at 1am and it went in until 5am. Not restful....

The prices for dining and room service were exhorbitant but the food was excellent. I feel they should at least provide complimentary wifi or internet in the rooms especially with all the business travellers but they did not. The fee was $14.95/ night.

The location was great, it had a really nice glass elevator which felt like a free ride up the CN Tower. Outdoor and indoor pool was kind of neat and otherwise a great stay
Unfortunately it was so busy that we only got 2 doubles when looking for a King bed. Otherwise great.

The hotel was located perfectly and recently remodeled. Rooms are of good size and modern.
Would have been nice to know that there isn't a bathtub. A very modern glass shower on the other hand was a nice surprise.
What key information would you share with fellow travelers? Feel free to describe the hotel's pros and cons, local attractions, and tips for saving money while at this hotel. Please do not mention the price of your stay as room rates vary from day to day.

location was great, rooms are tired, public space is modern, trendy appearance
I did not like having to pay for WiFi. Our experience is that this is included in most public enviroments. Parking cost should be indicated up front. Did not see this posted online or in the hotel literature.
front desk staff were very helpful with restaurant reservations. Went to Golden Thai, and was a superb recommendation. All staff friendly. Did not know about safe ahead of time... maybe we missed it in the online description, as we would have brought SLR camera along if we had known.
