The free shuttle into town was very helpful.
They should be able to provide free coffee in the lobby for early travelers.

Excellent staff. Very friendly people. Room was clean and nice. Good gym, excellent sauna/steam.
The food at the restaurant could have been better.
I am very pleased with the hotel. The service was great. The rooms were spacious and clean. The view of the country side from the pool is beautiful. The food at the restaurant was not great, but it wasn't that bad either. Breakfast was good though.

The safe did not work.
The hotel was modern and comfortable. It was very convenient to the airport, not convenient to Villahermosa. They were clearly a bit more oriented to the business traveler, but nevertheless met our leisure travel needs efficiently. Staff was extremely gracious and helpful - truly very service oriented.
